This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.32/2012 and file chargesheet expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
