The petitioner, aggrieved by the order of the second respondent dated 10.02.2025 has preferred a revision to the first respondent on 21.02.2025. The petitioner seeks only expeditious disposal of the said revision, pending before the first respondent. 2.Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition itself, with the consent of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner has been aggrieved by the order of the second 2/5

respondent and has challenged the same, by way of revision to the first respondent. The said revision has been filed on 21.02.2025. 3.Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to hear the petitioner and any other interested parties and pass orders on the petitioner's revision dated 21.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
