This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2. Today, the petitioners are present and they have brought the female child, namely, Janani and handed her over to her father Thangapandi. It is the apprehension of the petitioners that Thangapandi will leave the child with his sisters and go abroad for good.
3. However, Thangapandi stated that he has quit his job and has now settled in India and he himself will take care of his daughter.
4. In the event of Thangapandi not properly taking care of his daughter, it is always open to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court, seeking guardianship of the child. As and when the petitioners want to see the child, they are at liberty to visit the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
child after due intimation to Thangapandi. The petitioners shall not try to unnecessarily harass Thangapandi and try to take away the child by force.
