2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the charge sheet will be filed within three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.657 of 2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
