ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.10.2015 and take necessary action against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.408 of 2015.

3. In view of the above stated position, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.408 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, if there are no legal impediments.
