Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.ANANDKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of none appeared either in person or through by and advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time limit for deposit as per the direction issued by this Court vide order dated 22.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.18179 of 2023 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.1433 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.M.P (MD)No.18179 of 2023 in CRL.R.C(MD)No.1433 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023 is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further time will be given.
