This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2023 seeking issuance of patta in respect of the land situate in Re Survey No.70/1A with an extent of 2166 sq. ft situated in Alanganallur Village, Vadipatti Taluk,

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the request made by the petitioner, patta was issued infavour of petitioner in respect of the subject property in Patta No.5408 with new subdivision No.70/23. She also produced the copy of the order passed by the second respondent in his proceeding in T.R. 2023/24/14/001121SD, dated 13.12.2023, transferring the patta in the name of petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
