Respondents 1 to 3 PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to allow the civil revision petition and direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam, to dispose of the E.P.No.202 of 1990 in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 1983, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam, within a time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The landlords in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 1983, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam, have filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of E.P.No.202 of 1990.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, orders of eviction was passed in the rent control proceedings on 27.07.1989 and E.P. was filed in the year 1990. So far, they are not able to take delivery of the property.

3.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that E.P. is being adjourned from time to time on the ground that E.A.No.196 of 2016, is pending. 4.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of E.A.No.196 of 2016, on or before 31.08.2025 and E.P.No.202 of 1990, on or before 31.10.2025.

5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
