:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent vide Letter No.EE/O & M/N/Dgl/AAO/RB/F.DKT.D.No.848/18 dated 21.03.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to furnish the correct details as requested by the petitioner. Heard Mr.K.C.Ramalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is willing to pay the entire amount as demanded by the respondents and as such, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
seeks for a direction to the respondents for re-connection. 4.It is needless to point out that if the entire amount as demanded by the respondents is paid, the respondents are bound to give re-connection to the petitioner.
5.In the meanwhile, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondents by making the payment as demanded along with re-connection charges and on such payment being made, the respondents shall forthwith restore the electricity service connection, which shall be done, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of the payment.
6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
