ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original petition for issuing a direction to the respondent to register a case against the culprits based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.04.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The respondent shall conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of enquiry, it is seen that cognizable offences are made out, the respondent may register the case and take further action in the manner known to law. If nothing is made out, the respondent shall conclude the enquiry and furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
