ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

2.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
