ORDER
The petitioner has made an application to the first respondent seeking corrections to be carried out in the UDR records. The said representation was given on 23.08.2024 and followed up with reminder dated 17.12.2024.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent has not taken any positive steps in the matter and hence, he has filed the present writ petition.
4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders, on merits, in accordance with law, disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2024, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 2/4
after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and any other interested party.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
