O R D E R

Mr.T.Muthalagu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Sivagangai District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that both the accused in C.C.No.151 of 2014 are regularly appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, and that the prosecution have cited eight witnesses in the charge sheet.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, to complete the trial in C.C.No.151 of 2014, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided the accused co-operate with the trial by cross-examining the witnesses on that day they are examined in chief.

3. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
