3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed on 15.07.2016 under Sections 427, 448, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC before the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy District.
