2.This petitioner is one of the accused in P.R.C.No.2 of 2018, for the offences under Sections 189, 307 of IPC and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.

3.Since the petitioner has failed to appear before the trial Court on the date of hearing, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued against him on 18.06.2018. Instead of approaching the Court concerned to recall the warrant under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C, he has filed application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.
