RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2024 of 2021 dt.10.2.2021 for executing the sureties of the Petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Vilathikulam, Thoothukudi District. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.LAXMAN K.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2024 of 2021, dated 10.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. If the petitioner is not complied with the order within the stipulated period, the respondent police shall secure the petitioner.
