2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the conditions already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
