Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to restrain the 3rd respondent from compelling supply of the Petitioners societys procured milk to Bulk Milk Cooler Unit set up at the 4th Respondent Society and also to continue with the present scheme of collection of milk through Route Vehicle and taking directly to Madurai Chilling Station at the 3rd Respondent Union Premises, by considering the petitioners representation dated 11.10.2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.
