ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 and initiate suitable action for giving protection to Arulmigu Kamatchiamman Temple, Sukkangalpatti, Odaipatti, Uthaapalayam Taluk, Theni District, for doing repair work and for performing Kumbabishegam.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 and 5 are disturbing the renovation work of the Arulmigu Kamatchiamman Temple, Sukkangalpatti, Odaipatti, Uthaapalayam Taluk, Theni District. 3.This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 and to take appropriate action on merits in accordance with 2/4

law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
