2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.10 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai on 28.07.2016.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
