This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR in pursuance of the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy in Cr.M.P No. 29632 of 2022 dated 06.04.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that an FIR has been registered against the petitioner's complaint in Crime No.100 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(1) IPC. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
