RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.(D).No.2533 of 2022 dated 18.2.2022 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.19474 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AYYADURAI.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2533/2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19474/2021, dated 18.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and seeks modification.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 am, until further orders.

5.The petition is modified accordingly.
