ORDER

This petition is filed under Article 227 Constitution of India against the fair and decretal order dated 09.03.2015 in C.M.A.No.12 of 2013 on the file of the V-Additional District Court, Madurai confirming the fair and decretal order dated 07.10.2009 in S.O.P.No.38 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents and perused the records.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents that the dispute between the parties have been compromised and a compromise memo to that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

effect is filed before this Court. The petitioners and the respondents 1 to 4 are present and they have stated that the dispute is compromised between them.

4. The learned counsel further submitted that the respondents 5 to 7 are only formal parties. This respondents also present.

5.In view of the above this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. The compromise memo shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
