ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her minor daughter namely A1 shafa by considering her representation dated 03.04.2019.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The petitioner is wife of the fourth respondent. There was a matrimonial dispute between them in which the petitioner's
brother filed a complaint against the fourth respondent for an offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC which was registered in Crime No.5 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. Similarly, the fourth respondent has also filed a complaint against the petitioner's brother for an offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.4 of 2019. Both the cases are pending before the respondent police and another CSR pending before the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 6 would submit that the allegations made against the respondents 4 to 6 are imaginary one and they will not disturb the petitioner and her daughter.
4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 6, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD).No.6529 of 2019 is also closed.
