694 of 2018 and the suit with in a period of three months, and the requisition letter submiited by the District Munsif, Sivagangai, in D.No.280 of 2023, forwarded by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: "By an order dated 06.04.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.3708/2023/HCA, dated 28.04.2023 with a request for three months time to comply with the order dated 06.04.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)No.772 of 2022.
