Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition (ii) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.1146 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022 directing the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police instead of staying at Dindigul and reporting before the Town North Police Station, Dindigul at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm daily.

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.1146 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022, directing the petitioner to stay at Dindigul and report before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town North Police Station, daily at 10.30 am and 05.00 pm until further orders.
2. It is evident from the records that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.1146 of 2022, dated 23.03.2022 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.6068 of 2022 has granted anticipatory bail with the above conditions. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners have filed the present petition, seeking modification of the conditions.
3.Considering facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police/Veerapandi Police Station, Theni District, daily at 10.30 am until further orders and the other conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, shall remain unaltered. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned Court for further relaxation or modification. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
