ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition for cancellation of bail granted to the respondents/A6, A8 and A3 respectively.

2.The Special Court constituted for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act 1997, has granted bail to these respondents/Accused on condition to deposit Rs.2 lakhs. All these three respondents are women and they were made partners to the Finance Company, which has defrauded the depositors. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that these petitioners are strictly complying the condition and

cooperating for the investigation. There are nearly 33 complainants against the Finance Company, wherein total amount deposited is Rs.1,06,14,000/-. However, no money so far is recovered. Since, there is no violation of bail condition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the cancellation of bail petitions. However, it is necessary to instruct the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file final report as early as possible, so that the depositors are not defrauded by screening or alienating the assets available with the accused.
