ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family, under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that one G.Baskaran had lodged a complaint with the third respondent / Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai District against the present petitioner and the same is posted for enquiry.

3.A perusal of the copy of the complaint shows that the matter in dispute between the petitioner and the said G.Baskaran appears to be purely civil in nature.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4875 of 2021 4.In the circumstances, the third respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry, without registering any complaint against the present petitioner. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
