Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 150/2001 dated 4.8.2006 and quash the same in so far as it failed to regularize the service of the petitioner on completion of three years of service as per the conditions of appointment and consequently direct the respondents herein to regularize the service of the petitioner from 7.5.2001 in the post of Sanitary Worker on completion of three years as per conditions of his appointment on par with other similarly placed employees, make necessary entries in their service register and pay all the monetary benefits accrued to their service on par with the persons similarly placed in G.O.Ms.No.570 dated 15.11.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.312 dated 09.08.2011 within a reasonble time.

C O M M O N O R D E R When these matters are taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sethu Raman, learned Special Government Pleader (Enrollment No.898 of 1995 & Mobile No.7708912215), appearing for the petitioners would submit that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the benefits accrued to the respondents have already been granted. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions as not pressed and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
