This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.17 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 34, 261, 418, 468, 406, 294(b), 120(B) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.17 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
