ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to implement the recommendation made in SHRC.No.2667 of 2016, dated 17.06.2022 on subsequently in G.O.(D)No.1068, dated 29.07.2022 against the erring police officials.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has made a submission that the order passed by the Human Rights Commission in SHRC.No.2667 of 2016, dated 17.06.2022 had been implemented and the compensation awarded had already been settled in favour of the victims. That apart, departmental disciplinary proceedings are initiated against the erred officials and the same is pending. More so, criminal case is under process. 2/4

3.This being the factum placed before this Court, no further directions are required in respect of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
