ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.
3. The third respondent is a President of Thingal Nagar Selection Grade Town Panchayat. According to the writ petitioner, he suffers from disqualification. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 28.03.2022. 4.The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's complaint and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall hear the third respondent before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
