ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.A perusal of the affidavit would show that the petitioner is an Advocate by profession. He has filed this Writ Petition as Public Interest Litigation, challenging the election notification dated 27.02.2025 and the voters list published by the 2nd respondent dated 03.03.2025. It is purely private dispute between the petitioner and Melur Bar Association. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the process of conducting election, he has to approach only the competent civil forum. Therefore, this Writ Petition cannot be termed as Public Interest
