: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the first and second respondents to direct third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members insisting the petitioner and her brother that they should not enter the above property to the extent of 84 1⁄4 cents in Survey No.654/1 and Cents 20 in Survey No.567/9 at Shenbaramanputhur Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District that too while the partition suit in O.S.No.32 of 2010 is pending on the file of Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nagercoil.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Thangaraja, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Aralvaimozhi Police Station, Kanyakumari District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Mohanram, a regular https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case in Crime No.36 of 2017 has been registered against the petitioner.

2. In the light of the law laid down by this Court in Dorand v. The Superintendent of Police, Nagercoil [2016(2) CTC 286], the prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
