ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to revoke the petitioner's suspension order dated 24.08.2018 by considering her representation dated 20.02.2019. 2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that she was placed under suspension on 24.08.2018, on account of certain allegations against her. In this connection, she has made a representation dated 20.02.2019, seeking revocation of the said suspension order. However, so far no action has been taken on her representation. Hence, she is before this Court.
4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner now submitted that the petitioner's representation shall be directed to be considered in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs Union of India and another, reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291.
5.Such a prayer is agreed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, who in turn submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondent.

petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the decision in Ajay Kumar Choudhary's case (cited supra) and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
