ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.115 of 2015.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent seeks time to file the final report in this regard. 4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 115/2015 within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
