ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.14 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that on 29.08.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners, which was subsequently extended upto 07.10.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that

after filing of this petition, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2016 and that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail to them.

5. Taking note of the fact that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions of this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The interim order already granted is hereby vacated and the bail bonds, if any executed by the petitioners shall also stand cancelled.
