ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide Na.Ka.No.A3/5063298/2023 dated 08.09.2023 and also to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to fix the petitioner's seniority in the post of Head Constable on par with the petitioner's batch mates recruited in the year 1997 in Karur District and further direct to grant consequential service benefits with attendant monetary benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
