ORDER

[Made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.] This petition is styled as public interest litigation. The prayer clause reads as under:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action against the unapproved conch shell industry in Rameshwaram municipality, Ramanathapuram district pursuant to the petitioner's representation on 07.01.2021 and information from respondents 2 and 3 dated 22.12.2020 & 05.11.2020"

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has got information under Right to Information Act and further claims that, he is working as an Electrician. We find that, such type of grievances need not be entertained at the hands of such a person in the petition like public interest litigation, on the face of such averment and in absence of necessary parties.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
