ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent based upon the CSR No.855/2025 dated 26.11.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 1/4

2. The respondents have conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proposed accused are claiming exorbitant interest. It is further alleged that, in spite of repayment, the proposed accused are misusing the blank cheques that were issued earlier at the time of availing the loan.

3. Considering the same, the respondents are directed to conduct re-enquiry, particularly with regard to the allegation of exorbitant interest. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents shall proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
