ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 17.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419, 429, 420 and 120(b) IPC in Cr.No.83 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that by fabricating documents, the petitioner tried to inherit the land belongs to Government, which is classified as water body.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner in FIR. It is now alleged that the petitioner helped A1 in the commission of offence. It is further submitted that co-accused in this case has already been enlarged on bail by the Sessions Court on 03.08.2016.
4. Heard learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly,
the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
