ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in respect of CNRCF/P2/2169/66 and DSP/DCB/156/16 District Crime Branch Station Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed in which, the petitioner is directed to seek https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy before the civil Court. Therefore, there is no opportunity for the respondents to harass the petitioner.
