Prayer: To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondent herein to reconsider the entire process for issuance of an clearance certificate for the purpose of grant of FL-2 License to the petitioners society in the light of letters issued by the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent dated 27.01.2026 and 02.02.2026 respectively, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondent herein to reconsider the entire process for issuance of an clearance certificate for the purpose of grant of FL-2 License to the petitioner's society in the light of letters issued by the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent dated 27.01.2026 and 02.02.2026 respectively, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
