ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.Direction was already issued to parties to appear before the second respondent on 28.04.2023 and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. To inform the Court about the development, the matter was listed today. The learned counsel for the third respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not appeared before the second respondent. Since the petitioner has not complied the above said direction, this petition deserves no consideration. Let the respondent police complete the process of enquiry within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
