Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks mutation of the revenue record in his favour in respect of the petition mentioned survey number. The petitioner's request was rejected by the Tahsildar/the first respondent and the same has already been indicated by online. But, the online rejection does not contain any reason. In this view of the matter, the order passed by the first respondent is quashed. The matter is remitted to the file of the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
