Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners' son died due to electrocution. I went through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. I am not in a position to arrive at a definite conclusion that TANGEDCO is at fault. In a case of this nature, evidence will have to be adduced. In writ proceedings it is not possible. 2/4

3. Granting liberty to the writ petitioners to file a civil suit for claiming damages, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
