ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to rescue and produce the detenue Saranya, D/o.Raja, aged about 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Today, when the matter is called in open Court, the detenue has been produced by the 2nd respondent Inspector of Police. The petitioner is present. The petitioner identified the detenue. 3.On enquiry, the detenue categorically asserted in open Court that she is aged 24 years and her date of birth is 24.08.1991 and the petitioner is her aunt. She has studied upto B.C.A. 2nd year and also married one Ramesh on 16.10.2013 at Pulivalam Varadharaja Temple and at present, she is living in Chennai and Ramesh is working at Harini Lodge as a Manager and they are living happily as husband and wife. detenue further asserted that no one illegally detained her or harassed her. Hence, there is no case made out to pass any order in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
