ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide retirement benefits, pension and all other service benefits to the petitioner by taking note of the petitioner's service period from 1966 to 1978, by considering his representation dated 09.03.2019.

2.Heard both sides. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that seeking to provide retirement benefits, pension etc., to the petitioner, he made several representations to the respondents. However, so far no orders have been taken on the representations. Hence, he is before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents on merits and appropriate orders would be passed, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The writ petition is disposed of, on the above terms. No costs.
