Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHIDEEN BASHA N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Para No.5 (a) in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2804 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Para No.5(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2804 of 2023, dated 15.02.2023 is modified to the effect that 'Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties, out of which, one shall be a blood related surety each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli and on further conditions." All other conditions in the said order dated 15.02.2023 shall remain unaltered.
