Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The writ petition is not maintainable as there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. It appears that the petitioner has borrowed money and had hypothecated the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.5748 of 2022 vehicle to the third respondent. The third respondent appears to have seized the vehicle. Since it is a private dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, there is no merit in this writ petition.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
